This bike was crashed and pretty much all the sheet metal was junk. The motor had base and rocker box leaks. The front forks were bent but all the lights still worked. The motor was blowing a bit of smoke. The Customer didn’t want to total the bike.
So the Customer purchased all new sheet metal and had a friend of his paint this pearl white with a metal flack in it.

I added a new head light kit right from Harley. re-used the light bar and lights. We replaced the handle Bars with 19 inch Ape’s. The bars were internally wired. We added chrome switch Cover’s from Drag. New PM grips. New throttle cable and clutch cables. New handle bar bushings and a bigger handle bar top clamp.
The heads had to be sent out for a valve job at Motor way. The cylinders’ where bored 20 over and new pistons and rings where install. New wrist pin bushings were installed and reamed to spec with new wrist pins. Plus a new inner and outer primary in chrome were installed. Along with a new primary chain, clutch and primary adjustment shoe. New floor boards and new shifter.
I also installed a hotter cam and with adjustable pushrods. New Oil pump from S&S in chrome as installed with braided oil lines. About the only think not done was the tranny.
